I-140 Approved

Dear Friends:
Thanks you all giving information regarding INS processing subects. It is really long way to go, which suppose to clear in 2 month took 19 month to get a receipt,( Your I-140 approved).
ND: 03/14/2002 for ( I-140, EB-1)
got RFE on 05/23/2003 ( they need more information about international prize) and wrote if I could change to NIW, they are willing to approve.
I did that.
Received RFE on 05/27/2003.
Approved on 09/12/2003.
TODAY My lawyer sent me my approval notice.
My I-485 ND 09/23/2002
FP ND: 11/05/2003.
we( my wife my self received EAD on 02/28/2003).
Renewed it.
If any one, your I-140 is pending and already got EAD, apply immediately to renew it before 6or 7 month, that way they will open you case.
I really appreciate this forum. I applied my EAD extension 08/23/2003, though it is going to expire on 02/28/2004.
Hope that way they opend my file.

FOR EB-1 friends, really very hard life. Those are from India and qualified CSIR or GATEor ICAR, get that copy that will help as national prize.
