I-140 Approved!

Hi all,
Finally my I-140 got approved today. I now get promoted to the "Big Queue" called I-485. Thanks to everyone who helped me with their sound advice over the past year.


R/D: July 16 2002
Filed concurrently with 485. EAD/AP already approved.
Approved on Sept. 2 2003.

They are going backward?

They got to still go back. There are some April, May,June (2002) filers who has no clue what is going on? Let them show fairness, atleast now!

Ved, It does not hurt to file for your 485 now. Sooner the better, since you never know how long they will take.
