Did you file for EB1? EB2? or EB3?

Guys:

I think this has been usually the case is if some RFE in your case, the chances are (when you send a response) it is Approved, at that time. Because the office anyway is supposed to look at it 2nd time when RFE is reveived.

Have seen cases like your as well that is why I used the word usually. Sometimes, it is the total discretion of the adjudicating officer. But I am still sure yours will be approved soon.
