I-140 Approved

Hello guys.

Finally....my I-140 has been approved. (EB3).My lawyer informed me today. My company does not reveal the receipt numbers unfortuntely. It was a long and an agonizing wait for me. I am sure there are lot of people like me on this board. Good luck to everyone.

Savant123456? I remember you filing your petition at the same time as mine. What is your status?

First of all ... congratulations for your approval. Hope you sail thru from this point on. As for me, I am still waiting although there is hope that the wait will not be too long now.

BTW what was your 485 ND?

Yes...Mine is a concurrent filing case.

I-140 approval: sometime this month...my stupid company policy...they dont reveal any information unless I 'beg' them for it..I just Emailed my lawyer on friday out of curioisity..The lawyer 'replied' back to my email and informed about my approval..I think they received it sometime before friday...See, I have got my own BCIS at lawyers compound...

have faith and dont lose hope. Thats my sincere advise...The entire GC process is beyond our control. BCIS is the director/screenplay etc...we are mere actors!

Wow.... EB3 looks like moved into Nov '02.

Hope to see EB2 and other catogories to move faster too...:)
