Just got the letter today... after the lawyers said it would be another 6 months or so. Category: 3rd preference for professional workers.

RD: 4/4/03
PD: 3/13/03
AD: 7/14/03

This is really fast for TSC... by the way, I'm doing consular processing (not concurrent I-485) so maybe that's why it went fast.
 
I have also opted for consular option.
My application was send on 05/15/2003.
Receipt date 05/16/2003.

Approved date ?????

Also what was the online status show before the approval.

Lawyer played with my life

Hi all,
My company lawyer filed my 2nd and 3rd stage concurrent filling in TSC instead NSC.Although my company office is only in IL they don't have any office around US except in IL.

But the reason the lawyer says is that since right now i am in TX so they filed in TSC .But i am a consultant and will move from place to place and also this TSC takes for ever to process the applications.

Is it any way can they withdraw my application and refile in NSC.
Since i dont get any reply from my lawyer i am very much frsutraed and also i am planning to change the laywer.

Any suggestions what to do from you guys is deeply appreciated.
