did you have any specific reason to or deliberately delay your I485 applying in Sept or was it just that it took so long to apply?
can anyone comment on this pattern that is observed:
those who got EAD & AP early after applying using the concurrent filing rule, are still waiting for I140 whereas those who have not got them, got I140 approved faster!
In any case, I wonder what is the impact of each scenario on I- 485 approval and the time for its approval and also on AC-21 ?
