Hi My I140 is approved and I want to apply for I485
SO can I apply immediately or do I have to wait till the dates are current
Is there any time limit to apply for I485.
My extended H1B visa is expiring in Oct.
can any one help me on this I would really appreciate.

Hi

I understand your situation, but you cannot apply for I-485 unless you PD is current or face rejection.

You can apply for another extension based on your approved I-140.
