So much for TSC officially processing I-140s with RD of February 23, 2006. Hopefully, the I-485 processing times are faster than the posted, as well!
 
Concurrent Filing - Forms split between TX and NE

We filed the 140, 485, 765 and 131 concurrently and my attorney told me yesterday that the 140 and 485 have gone to TX and the 765 to NE. We're still waiting to hear about the 131.
 
I-140 re-filling

HELLO HELP ME !

Can anyone/employer re- file I-140 to USCIS pending previous I-140 at another service center? I have not any information about withdrawl of my previous I-140 application by the previous employer.
My case EB-3,schedule A physiotherapist

I-485 / I-140 Nd 08-09-2006

Hi GlenRN

I have I-140 ND as 08-09-2006 and also I-485 ND as 08-09-2006 from TSC for EB2 processing. I-140 AD 09-09-2006, EAD approval date is 09-18-2006. I came to know that from immi forum that your notice dates are the same as mine. I wanted to know if you got your Finger Printing notice yet ?
Have you already started working on your EAD ?

Lets be in touch and follow each others progress towards GC

I'm about 10 days behind you, so perhaps I can keep in touch with you and GlenRN too. I haven't received my fingerpriting notification yet either. I'm hoping my I-140 will be processed within similar timeframes to yours.
