I140 PD 08/24/2003, RD 08/26/2003.
RFE on June/2005 for
1) Ability to pay - Company did a good job here
2) Advanced Degree Evaluation. (Evaluation done from "Global languages Service Inc, New York - NY" - Tel: 212 227 1994)
3) Provious employent Experience letters.
RFE Replied on Aug/2005
I-140 approved on Dec-30-2005.BINGO

NOte : Interestingly after replying to RFE the LUD was scary, it says that its taking 400 to 450 days to process this kind of case but got approved in 3 months.
 
Finally got the magic e-mail I-485 approved for both

Hi,

Finally I485 for both me and my wife got approved. What Next?...

Hi,

Could you tell me what is the query related to "previous employement experience letters"? Didn't you submit previous employment letters when you filed I-140 ?

I did submitted all my experience letter at the time of filing I-140 but again i sent it to them after i got the query.

Interesting. So you sent the same letters again.

Were your experience letters affidavits from co-workers or experience letters from company on company letter head?

They are from the companies that i worked in the past.
