Ok here is the magical mail from USCIS

This case has been approved. On September 13, 2005,

Mine is labour substitution,
PD : Aug 2000.
AD : Jul 28th 05
1st RFE : Aug 17th Mailed from USCIS for additional Info on Educational Evaluation.
USCIS received it on Sep 6th 2005.

With gods grace i got this maigcal email from USCIS. saying "This case is approved"

I wish you every one should get this kind of message at the earliest, I will pray for my brother fellows.

Wish you all Good luck. Now with this new retrogation i have wait for another 2 years.

Lucky you! I replied to my RFE one day after you. The RFE was a mistake on the USCIS's part (they read my 4-year degree as a 2-year because I did it in two different schools).

We'll see how long it takes for me!
