HI my I-140 gpt approved with the help of lord Saibaba. got RFE on ability to pay and my 01,02,03 w2. luckly i have more than 65k on every year(Lc says 65k). i done my FP Mar 03. special thanks to UnitedNations.
 
Labor applied on 07/21/01(Memphis)
State labor cleared 10/20/02
Federal labor cleared 10/26/03(Atlanta)

I-140 & I-485 appllied 03/23/04 (my telugu attorney lie to me)
waiting for all most 6 months no use, my self and my employer called dol Atlanta they issued a certificate. with that hire American Attorney

I-140 &I-485 ND 09/10/04
EAD approved 11/10/04.
Got FP notice 02/17/05 done early on 03/03/05
I-140 got RFE 02/18/05 (ability to pay)
because my company has 7k loss on 2001, 80k loss on 2002 80k profit 03,120k profit on04.
but i got paid more than 65k every year my attorney used yates memo.
I-140 got approved 03/30/05
I-485----?????

You can expect I485 approval in couple of days.

As per my understand after 140 approval 485 approved in couple of days(Only for already FP done).

we replied on 03/24 and it was updated on 03/25 saying that we recieved your response , Lud was changed 03/28,03/29 got approved on 03/30.

Congratulations Citi,

I have similar RFE, but I am getting salary less then LC, but company is running in the profits. LUD got changed 3 days in a row. I don’t know what is next!!!!
