I got my 140 approval yesterday and I am waiting to give my finger prints on 02/08. I am using my EAD to maintain my status since I am done with my six years on 01/20/05. my details are as follows

EB3 Sub labour PD 09/01

I-140
RD 08/20/04
RFE 01/15/05
RFE replied 01/29/05
AD 02/03/05

Rfe was about a missing form

I -480

RD 08/20/04
FP: 02/08/05 (Next tuesday)

EAD 08/20/04
aD: 09/01/04

AP: 08/20/04
AD: 09/01/04
