I 140 Approved

My I 140 was approved yesterday. I received an Ability to Pay RFE on Oct 24th 2004. My lawyer replied to it on Jan 21st 2005. Approved on Jan 25th 2005. Yes it was approved in 3 days. Hope to get my I 485 approved soon.

485 LUD changed on 12/26/03 after FP.
485 LUD last changed on 09/27/04 for address change.
Nothing after that.

Just noticed that my I 140 LUD changed to 01/26/05. Wonder what they are doing with my I 140 today, after it has been approved and mailed out yesterday according the case status information

Don't worry about LUD change on your approved I140 (yesterday's approval). It happened on my case and few others cases too.

Have you noticed any pattern as to how long it generally takes for 485 to be approved after 140 approval?
 
Based on recent high activity on the forum and postings from Nov04 to till date, following is the observation.

If your PD is current
and
you given your FP and USCIS already received them
and
your I140 is approved
and
you have no RFE, then I485 is approved anywhere from 1 week to 3 weeks.

Hoping to get I485 approval by Feb,15th.
