Guys,

My I-140 is approved today. RD: Dec 13 2004. AD : Jan 24 2005. Labour Substitution EB3
 
What is your priority date?

Since yours is a labor substitution case, I am wondering what date USCIS took as PD? Original labor filing date or the I 140 filing date.
 
Mine is a labor substitution, 140 approval notice has PD as original labor filing date.

OK. I was just checking how USCIS was handling PD for Labor sub cases for I 140's that are approved after Jan 2005.
 
I have not received Approval Notice yet. I will update you guys once I received a copy from attorney. I just only got email from USCIS.
 
ravvap, you said your's was a labor substitution, Was it from the same employer you are working for right now or Is this (labor you got) from your future employer.
 
When my turn comes

Mine LUD is not changed since June 2004. RD for I140 is DEC 2003. When I will get ?

140 RD : Dec 2003 LUD : June 2004
PD : Sep 2001/India/EB3

Anyone help me here ?

Hi ravvap,

Did you recieve your I-140 approval notice. If so what is PD on it.
 
2 LUD changes for 140

Hi All,
I have had 2 LUD changes for my 140 on 02/07/05 and 02/08/05. I am unable to understand what is going on with my case. Do you have any idea what is going on with my i-140.
 
To answer a question asked sometime ago in this thread....my case is very similar to ravvap but my GC is filed by a future employer.

(vsc, eb3, labor substitution, 140 approved (in 24 days) with PD same as original labor filing date).

Havent gotten my EAD or AP yet.
