got the magic email now- my 1-140 has been approved -- posting it in this forum because i had received 485 RFE(which said I-140 Ability to Pay)

485 RFE issued on Nov 12 (but the RFE said I-140 Ability to Pay)
RFE response received by USCIS on Dec 21
140 AD: 01/07/05
485 AD: waiting..
