I-140 Approved

Folks,

my I-140 is approved today. The magic email came just few minutes before.

EB1 (L1A)
I-140: RD 09/03/03
I-485: RD 11/18/03

FP done: 12/26/03
FP received: 01/06/04

I am not sure about name check.

This still looks a night dream for me, I can not believe this happened. I am just praying now that I-485 will come soon...so that I & family can breeze a little freedom...

I greatly appreciate the support and info that I am getting from this forum.
 
I-140 and got RFE on I-1485

Well my joy was not long when 2 minutes after I-140 approval. I got RFEs on both myself and my spouse for I-485.

What surprises me that RFE are both of us . Any suggestions , that could relate to medical, copy of passport. Since RFE are for both of us, i assume it is not related to job/employment. Anyone had a similar experience ?

I don't think you need to worry.

If RFE is for both of you, then it is related to your marriage certificate or birth certificate or FP.

So, just reply and you will be fine.

Same here. My wife and I got RFE for Medical Exam. Since for both of your wife and you, I am 95% sure

i wonder what kind of RFE that you got on your medicals. Was it vaccination related?

I think that medical RFE is standard. Mine just said that TB skin test can not be avoided. INS needs my medical exam in a sealed envelop. My wife and I just did medical exam again and will send to INS ASAP
