I-140 Approved!

Hello Everyone!

I have been typing my case number everyday into the case status field and it kept saying status not found since the day it was filed. I have been praying everyday to God for his blessing on this. So I just typed in the case number as usual and just now it just popped up with the approval! I can also add it into my portfolio now with the LUD of 10/28/04

From what I remember you were going to have problems in the first year of priority date. How did you overcome it?

Yes the trouble year was the PD year.

from the tax return net income plus depreciation exceeded offered wage. Also bank statements showed over $80k of ending balance each month which were also submitted.

Hello
I am concerned avbout my 140 (EAD and AP approved in late Sep). Any ideas when and how they will likely get to us that filed in late June (ND 06/30/04). I filed in EB3 category - my employer is HUGE - profits not a concern and I have my degrees evaluated by WES equivalent to US. Any other concerns I should have (I have BS, MBA, and CPA - job only required BS in Accounting).
Your advice/reassurance much needed.
