Hi All,
My 140 got approved on Aug 5th 2004.

Receipt Date :21-Nov-2003/EB3/Consular Processing .


I have a Bachelour Degree in Computer Science ,i am lucky that i did not get an RFE for Educational Evaluation .

Could you please share which evaluation agency you used?

Yes I had a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science 1995-1998 and I did a Diploma in 1997-1998 ,so somehow my consultant showed that its an equal to Bachelor of Computer science in my Educational Evaluation ,and used the same EDU evaluation for all my H1-B extensions and for my Greencard processing.

I dont have Evaluation agency Name with me right now with me ,i will surely post by end of today or tomorrow .

What is your experience with CP

Few Peopple say Co current filing is fast. Few say 140---->CP is fast.
I do not know. I here both views.
It's very confusing.
please let us know if some body has clear picture of it.
