How is that your case took 22 mnths. its not usual.
did you try to start any query etc for delay?????.or did something else?????

That was too long a wait. They might have as well approved your I-485.

I would say

State labor is race #1
Federal labor is race #2
I-140 is race #3
I-485 is race # 4
 
State labor is race #1
Federal labor is race #2
I-140 is race #3
I-485 is race # 4

$$$ is Race # 5

Yes, 22months for I-140 is tooo much..... I asked my attorney to file inquiry.. I think he did, But I knew that The only option is to wait.. My labor took two years also.
