Here's a complicated situation...
I have an approved 7th year extension and also few days back my I-140 was approved. But I have been staying in Canada for past few months and working for the same US firm from Canada. The US firm has opened a payroll in Canada and now I am on their Canadian Payroll. My concern is that should I go for the H1B extension stamping with the Pay Stubs from Canada or I should forget about the extension and direclty apply for Consular Processing.
Do you see any issues while presenting the Pay Stubs from Canadian side and applying for an H1 extension.
