My I-40 petition for an EB3 LC was approved today. The LC required a Bachelor's degree or a foreign equivelant. But my qulification was a 3 year British diploma. My attorney warned me that the I-140 maybe denied due to that. (The LC was filed by a different attorney). However I filed the I-140 with a cetailed credential evaluation and an expert opinion letter from Ms Danzig with PP and it was approved in 3 days.
