I-140 approved, When is the EAD Due?

These are my details
I-140 ND 10/23/2002
I-140 Approval Date 11/13/2003

I-485 and I-765(EAD) ND 08/11/2003.
Did not apply for advance parole.

I see most of the people who applied for EAD at the same time i did, got their approvals. Is EAD approval in any way tied to I-140 approval, and if so, since i had I-140 approved, can i expect my EAD approval soon?

Was it EB2 or EB3?

Your EAD should follow soon. I know a few guys who have applied almost at the same time as yours, got EAD approved. So don't worry.

Can you tell us which category your I140 was filled ? EB2 or EB3 ?

There is no relationship or logic between I140 and EAD approval.

We can just only speculate and arrive at some logic, but that is just for our satisfaction. Just hang in there and you will get your EAD soon. I think I140 approval is a big thing rightnow as you can always get your Interim EAD after 90 days of filling the EAD application from the Local INS office.

Thank you..mine is EB3, substitution . I got an RFE on 09/20/03, sent a reply on 10/05/03, they opened it on 10/20/03 and it got approved on 11/13/03.
