I am at 7th year of H1B, my I-140 is approved under Eb2, PD is June 2004, closer to current.
Most of the time (@ 50%) I am working out of US at customer site, I am landed immigrant of Canada, my wife and kids are living in Canada
In this situation what is the best option for me? Go through CP at Canada or bring my family to US and file for AOS?
