I-140 approved VSC/I485

Hi

I applied I-140/I-485 concurrent filling under the basis of National Interest Waiver in April 2004. Separately I also applied I-140 on basis of extraordinary category at the same time. My I-140 extraordinary approved on 24th Jan 2005 and I-140 NIW is pending.
My question is can I apply second I-485 for my EB2 case.
How long can I wait to apply new I-485.
Can I transfer I-485 from NIW case to approved I-140 extraordinary case?

Any suggestion and process?

You just transfer I485 to the approved I-140.

Did you have any LUD changes prior to your approval?
I filed my I-140s EB1/EB2 to VSC in April 2004.
It is interesting that all my cases had LUD changed Jan. 24 and Jan 25. Status did not change.
