Hello Friends,
Just wanted to share that my I-140 got approved. I had a long RFE on it but finally it is approved.Please see my other posts for details on my RFE. I have 3 yrs bsc and 2 yrs masters degree, so under eb2 category education evaluation was my main concern as now a days I see so many denials b'coz of 3 yrs degree. However there is no reason to loose hopes since I got it and if you also get right education evaluation done, there are bright chances that it'll be approved. Special thanks to Sheila, she did an excellent job on my edu evaluation.
