Hi,
My I-140 is approved. I just got a mail from USCIS and check the online status too.
I want to thank everyone on the forum for their views and discussion.

I-140 (Substituion Labor) - Standalone application.
ND: 07/31/03
AD: 07/02/04

Congratulations ram76.

Your approval took almost a year. Did you raise any Status Query with the USCIS using the 30 days Past Processing Dates Rule?

Thank you.
But i haven't done any status query, but when i checked with my lawyer he just mentioned to be patient and wait for it since mine was a labor substitution and it will take time.
