I-140 Approved Today

Hi guys,

My I-140 filed as EB3 on Sept 23rd 2003 has been approved. I just saw the status on website. Wanted to share the good news. Good luck to everyone. I am going CP route. Thanks to all.

congrats Kartoos!! can u please give more info..size of company, finanical condition, whether the salary mentioned in your LC was < > your salary..

congrats! I am also going for CP route and my I 140 ND is Oct 31, 2003. I hope to hear from USCIS in a month or so .. but then who knows it might be much later than that... good luck!

size of company :
Large with more than 18,000 employees.

finanical condition :
Judging on stock price company is doing pretty good.Also had pretty good profit last year.

whether the salary mentioned in your LC was < > your salary.. :
Salary is 2 % less than mentioned in LC
