Happy News!! My I-140 got approved on June 6th, 2004 and my case status updated online. I am on Cloud Nine...

I-140 ND: October 22, 2003 - EB2 - Concurrent filing
AD: June 6, 2004

EAD: Approved
Advance Parole: Approved

No finger printing Yet.. any idea as how long would it take to get finger printing notice.

I am so happy, thinking to take a day off today. Thanks a ton for all your support guys. Wish you all good luck on your I140's too.

Hope our journey towards GC wont take that long, as VSC is really, really working hard.. Hats off to our INS guys in Vermont. HURRAY!!!!
