My I-140 (TSC) got approved today. Had received RFE on Ability to PAY.
United Nations helped - Let me summarise his help in one line "UNITED NATIONS IS EXPERT ON I-140 ABILITY TO PAY" .

I140 Approved - Dates

I am not so familiar with the abbreviations that you all use.
Briefly, here are the dates:
PD : 06-2001
I140/485 Filed: Feb 2004
RFE on I140 AND 485: Dec 2004
I140 Approved: 03/22/2005
I485 -- Waiting

Yes UN is resident expert on "Ability to Pay". I went through this ability issue with all sorts of research......I would say it is a GC killer problem.

United Nations, I have been a member for 6 months now have seen you helping others. Just thought say thank you for your good work. These type of help hard to come by. Specially a very objective point of view!! ;)

This is REALLY TRUE. I thank UNITEDNATIONS from bottom of my heart. He is really very great person. Whenever you see someone shouting with his name for help. He responds to it very quickly and wisely.

Let's hope your case gets approved to quickly like your responses.
