Thanks for your valuable advise to talk to Congressman about my pending I-140 at NSC just after I talk to them they talked to INS & on monday I got call from Congressman office that they left message to Immigration department about your case they will inform at the earliest Today I got ccall from Congressman office stating case is approved & they changed the online status which was showing pending since July-03 .I checked the online status as well as profile & got E-Mail that my I-140 approved on 06/16/2004.

So Ohoto memo is doesn't effect people who filed concurrently before april 30..looks like :rolleyes:

Congrats! Can you please tell me how did you get Congressman's number and what exactly you told them?
