I am very curious to know the recently approved Sub Labor cases.
If you have receipt , please let us know the PD

I was lucky enough to get PD as of the original PD.

I used sub labor and was approved recently - both 140 and 485 approved in last week of january. My PD written on approval notices was that of the original labor - which is May 2000. If they did not consider that as the PD my case would have been delayed due to retrogression.

Don't worry, unless USCIS comes upwith some memo on priority dates for sub labor, the PD is original labor's PD, whatever someone here says, this is the fact and proved one.
 
quick question: i just filed my I-140 last week, Thursday Feb 24th but haven't received any receipt or notice from the USCIS.
How long do they take before sending any acknowledgement?

Mostly in next 3/4 days I will get the copy of my I-140 Approval notice.

Can you please let me know when you got your receipt? I have filed mine on 05/02/05 and have not received the receipt yet.
I am using sub labor and filed in TSC
