Finally, it's my turn to say....

I-140 approved yesterday (05/11/2005), got 5 emails saying the same thing, but no complaints!!!!

Congrats dude. Enjoy the freedom from 140...Could you share some of other information. What is your education? What is LC education? Did you get paid as LC wage?

Here are the details that you are looking for:

I have BSc + MSc from India and MBA from US.

LC required Bachelors or foreign equivalent (it was substituted labor in EB3 category) plus three years of experience.

My wage and the wage in the LC were a match.
