Finally my 1-140 got approved today. I would like to thank everyone for posting valuable information.


Here are my details:

EB3 concurrent filing, retrogression country
140/485 filed on July 2004
Pre approved labor
PD : April 2003
EAD/AP approved on 09/13/2004
FP on 09/14/2004

I-485?????

Did U have any LUDs in Ur 485 after the approval of 140..
