My 140 and I-485 have been filed on september 27th 2005(priority date is aug 24 2005) under BE-2 before retrogression took effect on oct 1st

140 has been approved and ead has been filed.

1)is it necessary that once my obtain my EAD, that i have to stick to same job title and pay shud be same if i change my employers?

2) once 485 dates become current and if any documents are asked about employment, will all pay stubs and w-2's be asked for the entire period between now and 485 approval date?

3) is it necessary that your pay stub has to be for the same amount or more as mentioned in 140 approval through the period of 485 approval?

i would appreciate it if someone can answer these questions

Search with AC-21 as search term in the I140 and I485 forums.

You have to stay for 180 days past the I140 approval (with already pending I485). Then you can either send a letter to USCIS stating that you changed to a similar job with a different employer, or you can just wait for I485 approval time. At that time, if they approve without RFE, you are in luck. If they send you an RFE, you have to provide W2s and a 'employment verification letter' from the new employer as well as a statement from you or your attorney how and when you changed jobs under AC-21.

Option number 2 is a bit riskier. Apparently they have given people a hard time in the past if they just waited for the RFE to come around.

These are my 5 cents, I am not a lawyer and reviewing the I140 and I485 forums should give you better information.
