I 140 approved, planning on going to Consular Processing

Friends,
My I140 has been approved and am now planning on going for CP. I would like to get your opinion(s) in this matter. Do you know anyone whose CP was NOT approved, and if so for what reason?

I heard, the Councellor Processing is recalled. Verify with your attorney.

I 140 processing..

My husband has applied for I-140 under EB2 category and his receipt date is Aug 15th.
But there seems to be no movement in the processing after July 31 2001 as receipt date.(basically after sept 11th tragedy).
When will they start processing again ?If someone knows this please let me know.
