I-140 approved, online status NEVER updated

Hi all

I wonder if anyone else is in my same boat. My EB1 Outstanding Researcher I140 petition has been approved more than a month ago (June 2nd)

My lawyer and my employer received approval letters. However, the USCIS website still tells me that my I140 is pending. Should I worry ? Should I call USCIS' 1800 number ?

For the record, my lawyer tells me not to worry and that I don't need to worry, but I am getting nervous. USCIS screw things up all the time, I like to stay on top of things if at all possible.

Ideas, pointers, it's all appreciated in advance.

iam also same boat as u.my 140 was approved on may5 but website says pending.but, my layer has original 140 approval notice.mine is EB2 concurrent filling RD march 30 2004.

Thanks for the feedback tagorec

At this point, my best understanding is that this info (approvals, etc) is updated manually buy some data entry employees into the computer system they use. I read several posts where people say that they got approved, say, on a monday, and their status online changed next saturday or something.

SO, in short, most likely they just forgot to update our cases. Have you tried calling them to talk about this ?
 
I have the same issue

case(I-140) got approved over 2 months ago - no change online. I am not sure if its a real issue - left it like that. However, feel a lot better knowing others are in the same situation.

Yes, at least it feels better :-) Let's keep the thread alive, and see if anyone has better information. Otherwise, if any of us call USCIS RE this situation, let's share with others. I'll do it myself if I have a chance ...
 
LUD Changed the day after !

Guys/Gals

I haven't gotten a chance to phone them. But I noticed that if I login into the USCIS site as a user (I created a profile long ago), even though the status that I see when clicking on the I140 case is still the same, the LUD for the case changed the day after approval . Maybe tha's all I'll get as a confirmation of my approval. Other than the letters from USCIS, which were NOT sent to em but to my employer and lawyer (and I have copies of).
 
My I-140 got approved in Sep 2003

Till date the online status has not changed, it shows we received your application and will take 90 to 485 days etc.,

But have you tried what I mentioned in my last post ?
 
Yes, I tried that just now.

The LUD shows, Nov, 2003, which could be because of my address change in October 2003.

My I-485 LUD is also Nov, 2003

I see. And there is no "LUD history", so we can't verify if you LUD was changed somewhere after your 140 approval and your address change. ANyways, thanks for the feedback ! :-)
