I40/485/EAD/AP- RD: Dec 1st 2004(including spouse/kid)
EAD/AP Approved : March 5th 2005
FP done on Jan 8th 2005(myself/spouse)
Biometrics on June 15th 2005(spouse) waiting for me
I 140 - approved om May 31st 2005
I 485: waiting

Did you say that your I-140 got approved before the biometrics was done, or that is the case for your spouse, as you have mentioned that Biometrics is scheduled for June 15th.
 
My I-140 was also approved on May 31, 2005. Got biometrics notice for me and my spouse for Jun 16. I-485 is not approved yet and was applied concurrently. I am not from retrogression affected countries. I wonder why some people receive biometrics notice before their I-1485 is approved and other receive it AFTER their I-485 is approved but BEFORE their green card arrives.

Can anyone shed some light on this issues please?
