All,
Its my turn to say that my I-140 got approved. Got emails on Mar 28th at 7:30 PM.

I-140 & 485 ND : 6/16/2004 (EB3,India)
PD : 10/2001
FP : Wife 7/2004, self : 3/3/2005
EAD AD : 8/2004
i-140 AD : 3/28/2005
I-485 : ???

Is this right time to apply for my EAD renewal?. Thanks guy's.

Congrats,

Looks like NSC is focussing and speeding up on 140. However, the processing of cases is still without a clue.

As mentioned by me in the thread on 'Poll for Concurrent or Non-concurrent', I reproduce below my serious conclusions on the pattern of 140 processing by NSC.

They are considering cases, Concurrent or Non-Concurrent based on which side of their bed they wakeup.

They are dumping 2003 cases for 2004/05 if their spouse is giving a hard time.

They are favoring late 2004 cases if their boss keeps smiling.

They are touching 2005 cases, if their co-worker (male/female) is allowing to touch & fondle.

They pick EB2 if they are still stuck with their 2nd marriage, prefer EB3 if they are looking for the 3rd purrfect match.

They finish the case fast, if they had a great night's sleep.


I have no choice, but to wish them all well, so that I get out of this nightmarish situation at the earliest pooooooooooosible.


I also wish you all well for giving me company in this saga.

LUD Change

Again today i140 LUD changed on my portfolio. Is LUD change after approval is normal ?

me too. I got my I-140 approved last night. The LUD for I-140 is changed after approval.
