I-140 approved (ND 11/10/2003, EB3, no RFE)

Folks,

My I-140 got approved today. I first noticed the status change online this morning, and then the confirmation emails from USCIS followed within a couple of hours.

I've been a silent reader of all the posts on this forum in the last few months...and I got to tell you -- you're one hell of a group here! Thanks for all the support, guys! And good luck to all those still waiting for their turn.

I-140 ND -- 11/10/2003
I-140 AD -- 07/15/2004, no RFE
I-485/EAD/AP ND -- 02/02/2004
EAD/AP AD -- 05/16/2004

Moving onto the 485 forum now... :)

I140 Approval

Hi,

My I140 got approved. It was filed on 13th april/2004. And it got approved on 20 july 2004. Less then 100days. Category EB3. I have masters degree in IS from USA and had about 5.5yrs of experience. And my company size is 6000 employees.

It is for califonia.
