I am a new member here. Recently my I-140 and I-485 got approved. I just finished stampping and waiting for the card.
My wife got medical reference (She did not have her medical done) we did the medical and resubmitted it on jan 21st 2005. Last week, i got a mail from FBI (regarding my wife's name check) stating that USCIS did not request for a name check.
What should I do? Do i need to contact Senetor or congressman? Do i need to talk to my lawyer about this?
Mine is EB1-OR. Approved on Jan 4 2005. RD jan 27-2004
