My friend is trying to use an approved labor for which the I-140 (Approved in August 2006) is approved. If i have to use that labor for substitution should i wait till the I-140 is cancelled.
Is there a time limit for cancelling the approved I-140 for substitution. I have heard someone saying the original I-140 has to be canceled within 6 months for that labor to be reused...
