I-140 Approved (Labor Sub EB3) for June 04 Case

I have been a silent observer to all the posts in the TSC section. Yesterday my I-140 was approved. Mine is a labor sub case (so there is no priority date on my original I-140 receipt) and EB-3 category concurrent. Original labor PD was 11/2001.

Thanks a lot for everyone for their posts. You've been of great information & help.. I'll keep the forum updated on progress and ask all of you (especially those with I-140 approvals) to keep doing the same.

Pashwin, thank you.. no there was no LUD, directly the approval email... Best of luck for a speedy approval..
 
I guess the PD will be printed on the approved I-140 document. Update us when you receive the same.

First of all, congratulations. Please update us the PD on your approval notice, we are all eagarly waiting for this :)
 
Labor Sub Priority Date is original labor app date

As indicated in the thread, mine was a I-140 labor sub case. The priority date luckily for me was the application date of the original labor sub. In my case it is Nov 2001.

Also received my FP notice on 01/27/05..
