Today is my lucky day. After coming back from fingerprint, I chekced my e-mail and found the magic message saying that my I-140 was approved! It takes exactly three months.
Thanks for the information in this great forum, also best wishes to all of your application. We will get there!

Congratulations !!! Can you please share your credential details for NIW I-140? What in your profile would you attribute to such speedy I-140 approval.

Thanks

Here are my major credentials:
Postdoc working on nutritional biochemistry
B.S. and M.S. in home country, Ph.D in an European University;
15 papers in international journals (half of them are first authored), 150 citations;
No membership in U.S. scientific societies;
No review of others’ work;
6 reference letters, 2 from Europe (France and Belgium), 2 from the university currently working; 1 from industry; 1 from another U.S. university (independent referee).

Do not worry, NIW-Nov04, everything will be fine after you answer the RFE. If you have further questions, I will try my best to answer. Good luck!
