I-140 approved in VSC

Dear all,

FYI, I-140 RD 07/08/05. AD 09/08/05.

filed: MEMS and Nanotechnology. 7 journal papers + 7 conference paper, half of them were publiced in China. no citations mentioned because the number is too small. Instead, my lawyer emphasized on my 10+ yrs work experience and the importantce of Nanotechnology.

I-485 RD 08/12/05. Will do FP 09/13/05.

Anyone has any idea when my 485 can be approved?

My FIEND got his 485 within 8 months

Hi, your case gives me some hope, I submit on Aug 24 (RD). I hope I can get it within one or two month from VSC.
By the way, is the immigrationwatch.com reliable? where do they get the data? I am afraid it may misled us.

they claim the analysis based on avaliable data for I-485. It may not be reliable for us (Eb1/Eb2) 100%. DOn't worry .....as a general rule INS itself is unrelaible....you may get it any time.....just pray!!!

Are you filed on OR or NIW category? If it is OR, it will be a great news since VSC OR has been stuck in Feb. 4th forever.
