I-140 Approved in One DAY !!!

Hi All,

Here is my time line for the path to GC.........

PERM Labor filed: 11/15/06
PERM approved : 12/11/06

I-140 applied thr PP: 02/02/07
RFE received: sometime around 8 or 10 days after 02/02/07. It was regarding company tax return( 2006) papers.

response to RFE sent on :05/02/2007 (overnight shipment).
NSC received on :05/03/2007, which was apparently the last day to receive the response for RFE.

I-140 Approved on :05/04/07.
