I-140 Approved in CA, which USCIS do I apply for 485

I live, and pay Utah taxes. My salary is issued by my employer based in CA. The client with whom I am doing my current project is based in Utah. My I-140 was filed and approved in CA. Now I have to apply for my I-485 petition. Am I eligible to apply at USCIS CA or should the petition be filed at Nebraska, which is the USCIS for Utah. Since CA service center is faster, I am interested in applying in CA.
