I was suprised to hear from my lawyer that my I-140 has been approved my VSC in record 22 business days ....

Category : EB-2 (Substitution case CONCURRENT filing )
Mail Date: Mar 29 ( I-140, I-485, EAD )
Receipt Date : Apr 11
Notice Date: May 13 (approval)

EAC03-144-XXXXX

Good luck to all the guys waiting ... I will wait for my I - 485 Approval

This brings up a nice debate why the processing dates released by VSC are not matching with the exact dates.
