I-140 APPROVED, How much time for I-485??

Hello,

I got my I-140 approved on Mar 24, 2005. It came after a long wait. Mine is concurrent filing and PD is not an issues for me.

Can any one provide a rough estimate for I-485 approval??

Does I-140 approval come after name check, security check?

Please share your thoughts

Its not clear whether you are Eb2 or Eb3.. When did you file your labor certification application ?

Its EB3, Labor filed in Apr, 2001

Looks like myself and you are in the same boat...My receipt date is July 29 2003 and notice date Aug 12 2003....
My FP and Name checks are complete ....
No news on 485 adjudication yet !!!!!


DO you know id your name check is stuck up with FBI ???
Did you check up with them... ?????
Processing dates are March 2004 .... Which means you should have got your 485 adjudicated....But....reality bites !!!!
