I -140 approved for CP, need advice

RD OCT2000, ND DEC 2000, EB2 INDIA, I-140 approved for CP
I talked to NVC, they send my I-140 approval to Madras. I talked to IIO at VSC, she don\'t know if they have my original I-140 with them or not at this time. I am totally confused what can I do about this.

In the past I have seen messages about I-140 approved for CP might only delay by couple of weeks. Now I see a different picture. Any body out there can explain this better

ok, Hope this clear

I-140 was approved for CP in July 2000, but my lawyer said, I can still go for AOS, so I applied for I-485 with RD OCT 2000, ND DEC 2000, EB2 INDIA,

Due to the last week confusion on the chat board about I-140 approved for CP, and the delay of I485 approvals etc….
I called NVC, I found out that my I-140 approval was send to Madras on AUG 2000 and NVC said, VSC has to get that I-140 from Madras and they have nothing to do with my GC process from now on. I talked to IIO at VSC to find out if they have my I-140 or at least requested for the I-140 which is in India, IIO at VSC don\'t know if they have my original I-140 with them or not at this time. I am totally confused don’t know what to do

Should I call VSC again and talk to other IIO ?

Hope I am clear in explaining the situation this time
