I-140 approved - EB2- no RFE - ND 4/15/03

My I-140 was approved yesterday. I was informed by my
companies paralegal. as per company policy we dont get
EAC number.

- EB2
- no RFE,
- applied for EAD2 on 2/6/2004 - not approved yet.

I was kind of tracking your I-140 since our ND is
a day apart. I wish your I-140 come through in next couple of days.

thanks for your wishes regarding my I140. My 2nd EAD got renewed on monday. I have an RFE for H1 renewal, should I be keen on hearing I140?

Whether an RFE is issued or not...it is better to hear soon and get over it. The suspense is killing.
